How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP through this website by clicking the white button on the upper right hand corner of this webpage.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 11th so we can let our venue know accurate numbers for food & drink!

Where should I stay?

We encourage our guests to stay in the town of Picton for ease of transportation on the Wedding Day. As it is a holiday weekend in Canada, we encourage our guests to book their accommodation as soon as possible. See the ‘Travel & Stay’ tab for more info!

What time does the wedding start?

Please arrive at The CAPE (347 Picton Main St.) before 4:30pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Feel free to arrive as early as 4pm.

What should I wear?

The dress code is ‘formal attire, bright colours encouraged.’ We’d love to see our guests embrace this dress code and wear something fun and bold! For Men suits of any colour or a tuxedo are encouraged, for Women, a midi or long dress of any kind! Dress to empress :)

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, held at The CAPE will be outdoors and the reception at Waupoos Winery will have an outdoor cocktail hour & the reception will be held under a big tent with concrete floors.

How will I get from the ceremony at the CAPE to the reception at Waupoos Winery?

We will have buses to transport all guests from the ceremony to the reception location.

How will I get back at the end of the night from Waupoos Winery?

We will have buses to bring all guests back from Waupoos Winery to the town of Picton. We highly suggest our guests stay in the town of Picton for a seamless experience. Please be advised there is no Uber in the area and taxis can be very slow.

Where can I park my car?

There is over night parking at both the CAPE and Waupoos Winery. Feel free to drive and park your car over night & collect it in the morning.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that this be an adults only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have done our best to accommodate our guests’ plus ones and have factored this into the overall capacity of the venue however if you believe there has been an error on your RSVP - please let us know so we can make adjustments.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please indicate this on your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.

Are both venues wheel chair accessible?

Yes, both venues are wheel chair accessible.
